Samsung's virtual training model for The Frame helps them train sales associates on this unique television. Studies show that when people are trained in virtual reality, they retain 80% more information. So it's a no brainier that smart companies use this fact for their advantage.

Dynamic Immersive Training
In collaboration with the agency Robotproof, we designed two live action modules that would incorporate the technical facts of Samsung's products and showcase how actual customers would use these products within their homes.

The Frame smart TV is truly a work of art. When its on, its an beautiful 4K QLED screen to show all of your favorite content. When its off, the new matte screen allows you to choose over 1500 amazing works of art to make your space your own. To showcase how The Frame is used by consumers we worked with Samsung and our agency partner Robotproof to develop an immersive 360 film to support additional training and sales support within Samsung and their retail partners.

This training module efficently guides the trainee through practical use cases for the different sizes of The Frame and also showcases the value that this TV has over others. By letting sales associates experience how the product is meant to be used in real homes, they understand how to communicate those different features. This creates a large advantage on the showroom floor, enabling Samsung to better position its products and gain more postive sales.

Designed to be viewed in a VR headset, our team produced, directed, designed and animated this project.
